Shipping policy
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. During busy periods such as festival seasons, Eid, Diwali, Christmas and Vaisakhi, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We will always endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and will notify you by email if there is any unexpected delay.
All goods are shipped via a recognised courier using an insured and trackable service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and are provided as a guide only. Explora Watches cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs processing, industrial action, civil unrest, severe weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics, telecommunications failure or terrorist incidents.

SHIPPING
Orders placed before 2.00 pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2.00 pm will be dispatched the following working day. This excludes weekends and UK public holidays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Eid, Diwali and Vaisakhi, dispatch may take up to 48 hours. We will always notify you by email if there is any unexpected delay to your order.
All goods are shipped via Royal Mail or any other recognised national or international courier using a fully insured and trackable service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Your courier will keep you informed of your expected delivery date and time directly.
For international orders, please note that customs duty, import taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Goods will not be released by the courier until any such charges have been paid. Explora Watches cannot be held liable for any customs fees, duties or delays imposed by the destination country.
