Explora Watches — Returns & Exchanges

At Explora Watches, we want you to love your timepiece. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help with a return or exchange, subject to the following conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your Explora watch must meet all the following criteria:

  • Returned within 14 days of purchase or receipt, whichever is later
  • Unworn and in its original packaging
  • Original tag intact and attached to the watch
  • Accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase

HOW TO RETURN

Before sending your watch back to us, please email us at info@explorawatches.com to notify us that a return is on its way. Returns received without prior notification may not be processed.

All returns must be sent via an approved trackable shipping service and packed securely to prevent damage in transit. Explora Watches cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during return shipping because of inadequate packaging.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Once we receive your returned watch in satisfactory condition, we will, within 14 days, either issue a full refund or dispatch a replacement — whichever you have requested.

If a replacement is required and the item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you promptly with an estimated restock timeframe. You will then have the option to wait for the replacement, choose a similar alternative, or receive a full refund.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of returning your watch is the responsibility of the customer in most circumstances. Return shipping costs will only be covered by Explora Watches in limited cases, such as where an incorrect or faulty item has been dispatched. Where an exchange is requested, the cost of delivering the replacement watch is the sole responsibility of the customer.
